Set in the heart of the gorgeous Cornish country side Woodland Valley farm offers an all year round Green wedding option which quite literally will not cost the earth…

Our beautifully converted farm buildings offer scope for many different styles of wedding and reception ideas. The picturesque courtyard “The Mowhay” and surrounding countryside provide additional sites for an outdoor service or marquee.
Weekend and overnight stays are available along with our tailor made Stag and Hen night packages which will compliment your full Green wedding experience.

Woodland valley farm has been owned by the Jones family since 1960. In that time the farm has undergone some big changes but it has never lost sight of its history and tradition. The family still works the farm, and produce fine organic meats that are available from the farm gate.

Farm produce is at the heart of all the catering for the accommodation and events that take place. Because of its tradition as a working and long established farm it has links with all the other producers and suppliers in and around the local area insuring that produce has low food miles along with freshness and quality. It also has its very own micro brewery.

The Green credentials of the venue are outstanding, having obtained its Gold level Green Tourism award and also won the Cornwall Sustainability award 2008 in the 'best managed small business category'.

All the renovated farm buildings have been completed to a high specification using up to the minute techniques such as rain water harvesting and locally sourced and renewable building materials. Three self catering units are on offer at either a full board, B&B or self catering rate.

Ample camping facilities also ensuring that your guests are well catered for thus eliminating the use of multiple transport needs.

The accommodation is multi functioning allowing for the best and most efficient use of space with either double rooms, family accommodation or dorm style rooms are available. All very comfortable and with first rate facilities.
